We collect personal information directly from you wherever possible — for example, through our website forms, by email, by phone, or in person. Where we collect information from another source (for example a referral or a publicly available business directory), we will let you know on request.

How we store and protect it

Your personal information is stored securely in systems operated by us and by reputable third-party providers (including our website host, email provider and CRM platform). We take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
